As is popular, Ive set up a Pompeyblogs Twitter account. keep up to date.
Ive added Pompeyblogs to the Portsmouth Wikipedia.
Well I reckon the new PompeyBlogs design is stable enough, so here you go. Ill fix/tweak stuff over the next days/weeks/years.
Im playing with the site over the next few days/weeks/months, so odd things may happen. As soon as the design is stable Ill make it active then tidy it up.
i really need to sort this site out and get it looking more professional.
Anyone in Portsmouth doing a Podcast? Itd be quite cool to have a soundscape to add to other ones.
If you take a look upward on the single post page you will see next to the posted date and categories, “Linked externally: Bloglines, Feedster and Technorati.” - this will search on the respective sites for the title of the post, which is normally the domain of the site posted.
If you take a galance to the sidebar, you will see a new addition - “Recent comments from featured sites”. I have used a nice WP plugin to display the most recent post from any sites on Pompeyblogs which have an RSS feed.
I have to keep it updated manually in the code for the sidebar so hopefully I wont forget to add any.
I guess I should really move this site to my own Mallow WP theme. This would mean upgrading to WP1.3 but Im sure I can do it.
